Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro on Vodafone UK; Comes with Facebook Inside Xperia Concept
The Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro has announced its arrival on UK shores, riding the Vodafone network. The device can be had for free, on a two-year contract starting at £20.50 ($34) per month.

As you all know, the device packs many an awesome feature. In case you need to refresh your memory on that, the phone holds under the hood a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Running Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, the mini pro sports a 3-inch scratch-resistant, multi-touch glass screen that integrates the best-in-class imaging and display technology from Sony. When we say that, we mean it includes Reality Display with Mobile Bravia engine and HD video recording.
Other features include a 5 megapixel camera and slide-out physical keyboard. The phone is based on Sony Ericsson’s ‘Facebook inside Xperia’ concept, and by that we mean the Facebook property stays integrated. It enables users to easily sign in to different Facebook apps without having to type the password again and again.
Other related features include the picture gallery and music app. The picture gallery shows you images in the phone, plus albums on your Facebook account. Even the photos you are tagged in can be viewed.
Meanwhile, the music app allows you to like and share the current track to your Facebook wall instantly. In addition, there is a contact and calendar sync that integrates with Facebook and shows contacts including likes, interests, recent wall activities and photos/videos.
A media discovery app that has been thrown in pulls contents in from recently shared items shared on your friend’s wall, along with the comments.
We hear an unlocked Xperia mini pro could be bought at retailers like Clove for around £246 ($405). If you prefer buying from Vodafone, head here.
