Samsung Three Galaxy Duos Handsets in India
Sailing with the market trend, Samsung has been always busy introducing new handsets – be it smartphones or the low featured budget-friendly phones. The Korean electronics giant has launched three new Galaxy Duos handsets for the Indian customers.
The three dual-SIM Galaxy phones from Samsung are Ace Duos, Y Duos and Y Pro Duos. The Galaxy Ace Duos come with the same design as of the original Ace and supports both GSM and CDMA networks with active standby.
The handset is equipped with a 3.5-inch HVGA display, 832MHz processor, EVDO Rev. A support and 1650mAh battery. The Android 2.3 Gingerbread powered device will be available at Rs. 16,900 ($324).
Meanwhile, apart from the dual-SIM functionality, the other two handsets Y Duos and Y Pro Duos, feature identical specs as that of the original models. Both the Android 2.3 Gingerbread devices comes with many similar features such as an 832MHz processor, a 3-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera, TouchWiz UI, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Samsung Apps, Social Hub and ChatON support.
The additional features in the Galaxy Y Pro Duos are the physical keyboard, a 2.6-inch LQVGA display, a front-facing VGA snapper and 1,350mAh battery. Both the Y Duos and Y Pro Duos come at a price of Rs 10,490 and Rs 11,090 (around $212 ) respectively. And also, it is updated that Sammy will be also selling the Star 3 Duos at a price of Rs. 6,290 in the country. Which one are you taking home?
