Samsung Galaxy Note Android 4.0 Update Postponed to Q2; Promises Premium S Pen Software as Bonus

Samsung has announced that the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Galaxy Note will reach only by the second quarter. The Korean company has also promised that along with Android 4.0, the update pack will be coming with few bonuses too.

The Premium Suite is designed exclusively for Galaxy Note and its new S Pen, launched with Galaxy Note 10.1 at MWC. The S Note feature allows you to join your notes or sketches with other digital content, thereby creating your own stories.

Along with the ready-to-use templates, the S Note comes with applications like Shape Match for correcting and digitizing geometric shapes and Formula Match for solving numeric formulas, thereby increasing the efficiency and productivity of the S-Pen.

In addition to the instantly digitized tables and grids, the users can easily search any information through the S Note’s integrated knowledge search engines.

Meanwhile, My Story, a new S Pen optimized application helps the users to make personalized digital cards for friends or family using notes, video content, photos, text or voice. Samsung will also provide many unique levels of Angry Birds Space, the new popular mobile game for the Galaxy Note users.

Along with Ice Cream Sandwich, the update will also sport a more sensitive user interface with a redesigned App menu for easier multi-tasking, Face Unlock, Snapshot, and lot more.
