HTC HTC Sensation to Get Android 4.0 From HTC One X Port

The exciting offer is nearing those who have already rooted their device. Along with an Android 4.0 update, the device would get a new avatar of HTC Sense too. All these would reach you through a ROM port from the much awaited HTC One X.

You might not believe the capabilities of the ROM port, which is featured in the device. This one varies significantly from the one you might have seen in other devices.

This port carries a ROM, specifically coded for NVIDIA Tegra 3 chip of the One X. But it has been made compatible to Snapdragon S3, which is embedded inside the Sensation. It is however interesting to see that no flaws are spotted while loading its innate features so far.

Features such as Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, SMS and calling worked flawlessly. At the same time, services like Bluetooth, video playback, camera all are seem to have affected. They are kept dysfunctional for the moment.

There are lots of areas where it requires immediate attention. But that’s not a deal for the giant manufacturers. One thing is sure. An announcement of the upgrade is somewhere near your doorstep.
