Football, one of those HTC developers out there, has posted official specs for the upcoming device HTC DLX on Twitter. The DLX is rumored to be heading for Verizon sporting model number 6435. The device is also known as One X5 or Droid Incredible X.

If the tweet by Football is true, the device holds some impressive specifications on the board including the 5 inch HD (1080p) Display. Due to its large screen size the device has been called a phablet, a cross between phone and tablet.

The device runs on quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and preloaded with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Other specifications include 1.5GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and 2500 mAh battery.

On the camera side, HTC DLX comes with two cameras, a 12 megapixel rear camera and a 2megapixel front facing camera. Unfortunately, the tweet has not mentioned about its carrier partner. We guess it could be Verizon.

Though HTC has not officially confirmed its DLX device, the leaked information perfectly matches recent reports of a full HD screen device from HTC. The device is expected to launch in September or October this year.
