Disney Mobile is entering a new phase of development by launching a couple of devices with the carrier NTT DoCoMo, inJapan. The new series, named “Disney Mobile on DoCoMo”, will be released into market in a couple of months.
In the initial phase, two devices working on Android OS will start performing under the Disney Mobile-DoCoMo partnership. The devices will be hoarded with a lot of enhancements from Disney. Full length animation, games, wallpaper, ring tones are a few to mention.
The F-o8D “luxury smartphone” displaying Mickey and Minnie is first on the list. This glamorous device offers a screen resolution of 720 x 120 pixels, and is packed with 1.2 GHz OMAP 4430 dual core processor. The handset comes in pink or white exterior, featuring 4.3- inch high definition LCD display.
Also, the F-o8D sports dual camera fixed each at rear and front. So, the device can be used for shooting and video conferencing. Preorders for the device starts on February 17th, and might reach the outlets by next month.
The second device on list is the P-o5D, which is powered by 1GHz dual core processor. The handset features 4.3- inch OLED screen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The device features a camera at the rear, all packed in a slim 7.8 mm frame.
