Smartphone users have always been fascinated by the facilities offered by Evernote app. It not only allows them to jot down a note on the go, but also allows keeping such data in the cloud. Also the app offers great features like audio notes, notebook categorization, and tagging
Now the app has received an update and brings in the interactive notification feature of Jelly Bean. The latest version 4.2 of the note-taking app provides users with quick shortcuts to edit and share notes that are uploaded from the notification pull down.
The pull-down menu now displays thumbnails and a small text excerpt, and you can share and edit a note directly from the notification. The app also automatically groups together notifications that are similar. Therefore, notifications will no longer pile up, as multiple ones will be condensed into a single entry as they do in Gmail. The update has also brought in a few user interface changes, with improved performance and faster image.
The latest update has also fixed some bugs that were present in the earlier version. The free update is available now in the Google Play store , but the new features are only for Jelly Bean users.
