Update Your Nike+ FuelBand Score to Path
Mobile-based social network Path has announced that it has teamed up with Nike to integrate the Nike+ FuelBand into Path. You can now track your movements with the Nike+ FuelBand and aggregate it through Path, and use the graph to see how they measure up.

Announcing the tie up through a blog post, Path said this was an invitation to “dance, jump, wiggle, walk, shimmy, or shuffle”.
Basically, Path publishes a summary of your FuelBand activity in the form of an interactive graph at the end of each day, complete with data points on where and when you have checked in using Path. You can also get motivation from your friends.
Path started out with the goal of tracking your movements and emotions with only close friends, which is something bigger networks like Facebook can’t provide. You can follow and approve each other as you would on Twitter, and the service limits the number of connections you can have.
But Path didn’t turn out to be a huge success, and it seems partnership with a mainstream company like Nike is what it needs right now.
Does Nike+ FuelBand integration make Path look more interesting? Do let us know.
