ooVoo Outs Video Chat Apps for iPad and Facebook
ooVoo has outed more apps for video chat, meant for iPad and Facebook. With the new apps, users can create chat rooms that can include up to 12 participants and can be accessed on a number of different platforms and devices.

For instance, ooVoo chats, the new iPad app, allows adding up to 12 participants in your chat. It also provides up to four simultaneous HD video chat streams to users.
Yet another one, the Facebook app, helps to find friends easier and to connect via video chat. It not only includes sharing video chats on Facebook – users can send invitations via email or by texting an ooVoo call link.
The new iPad and Facebook apps come on top of apps for iPhone, Android platform and even Web or PC applications that can be used to chat.
We hear ooVoo has more than 46 million users worldwide. The video chat provider is more popular among kids and young adults, and the new software will remain free on all platforms. The revenue model for the company is such that profit is made through advertising served up to web users.
