Minutes – Timer and Stopwatch Lets You Set Multiple Timers

There are a number of timer apps in the market that let you set multiple timers from a list of presets. Here is a timer that is very simple and elegant. Called Minutes – Timer and Stopwatch, it has a user interface where you have to drag to start and tap to stop.

Once the timer is set, the app will display the time remaining in minutes and seconds.

The time at which that the timer will stop is displayed, which is useful for tasks that need to end within a time period. Once the timer is done, the app will alert you.

Minutes could be used a stopwatch too. When you are not using the timer, all you have to do is tap the center to start the stopwatch. When you stop the stopwatch, the time elapsed is erased.

Minutes has paired up with Notification Center so that you’ll not miss an alarm, even if Minutes is not running.

It is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad. It requires iOS 5.1 or the later versions.
