iRise Studio Prototyping Software Coming to Mac
The iRise Studio app prototyping software has arrived on Mac, enabling designers to create interactive visualizations without coding, and get much more detailed working representation of their application than paperwork can possibly explain.
The iRise Studio works like a desktop publishing program geared toward mobile interfaces. It has a large library of app elements for iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone, WebOS and tablet development, which enables designers to combine the elements to mock-up screens and share the results with a viewer that simulates the target device and works on most platforms.
With the use of a companion app, the prototype can be tested on a mobile device itself. The iRise Mobile app adds working text input and button links to create a working simulation of how the app will perform and enables testing on actual mobile devices. It basically spares the developer’s time and effort.
No word on pricing and system requirements though. Stay tuned as we will get you all the updates.
The program is available for immediate trial download but requires registration.
