The Samsung Galaxy S3 has some really cool features that have left many wondering whether such features will ever come in other Android powered Smartphones. Well, here is the start. There’s a new app called ISeeYou which claims to function just as like  the Galaxy S3’s Smart Stay.

Galaxy S3 ISeeYou to Replicate Galaxy S3s Smart Stay for Android Phones

For the uninitiated, Smart Stay is a feature that lets the S3 track the user’s eye movement in order to see if the user is looking at the screen or not. As long as you are looking at the screen, Smart Stay ensures that the screen doesn’t auto-lock. Till now, this feature was available only in S3. Now, ISeeYou will help other Android smartphones have the same feature.

The app comes in two versions. You can get a free version of the ISeeYou app if you do not want to pay. Well, paying has its advantages; you will be able to set how often the app will scan your face in the paid version.

The scan in the free version is set at every 20 seconds and it is sort of pointless at the first couple of times if your time out is set at 60 seconds. Battery drain is a possibility.

So make your choice and head over to Google Play for your app.

SmartStay is an original innovative idea.SmartStay uses the front-facing camera to check in on your mug to make sure its still looking at the phone. Now you can get this feature even if you don’t have the Galaxy S III
