Practice Yoga with the Pocket Yoga App
Yoga, it is said, aims to use meditation and physical discipline to soothe our body and mind. The regular practice of yoga will help us gain tranquility. But what stops us from practicing daily is the exorbitant fee. At times a single sitting could cost us around $20.

In this highly ‘mobile’ world, the solution naturally came from app developers who came out with a lot of mobile apps to train yoga. But none of them proved to be as effective as Pocket Yoga.
Pocket Yoga works on the iPhone, and the iPad. Moreover you also can use the AirPlay support to transmit it to an Apple TV. Pocket Yoga lets you look into three different types of classes that vary in focus and intensity and you can practice each of it for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or for an hour. It can be practiced in three different difficulty levels, and if you want to try out something much simpler, there is an option to follow the classic Sun Salutation sequence.
One disadvantage of the app is that there is no 15-minute variant of any of the main exercises. Also there are no animated poses available that would help the beginners.
Pocket Yoga is on sale for $1.99 and if you are an expert and want to create your own practices you can buy the Pocket Yoga – Practice Builder for $4.99.
