A new app, called Foap, allows you to upload and share your photograph and even make a few pennies from your snaps. What Foap does is to connect you to the potential buyers.

Basically you can build your own portfolio and publish it on Foap market. You can start earning money when buyers purchase your photos for a range of editorial or commercial purposes.

But be warned, you can’t make money out of crappy, overdone images. So go easy with the filters, and make sure your picture is perfect so that it gets approved and makes its way into the Foap market. The app makers get half of what you earn.

The app also allows you to rate photos taken by other users. The idea is that when a picture gets rated high, there is every chance that more people will see it in search results, and it will have more chance to make money. You can also view the Top Rated or Latest Sold photos as well, so as to understand the market trend.

If you find the concept interesting, head over to iTunes App Store and get the app  for free.
