Scan and Review Books with the MyBookDroid App
MyBookDroid is an app that will help you to find and keep track of books you have read, books you want to read or buy, or the books you are currently reading. It is very simple to use and the app has virtual shelves that separate books.

You can enter the information about the books by yourself or simple scan in the ISBN number. There are options to rate books that you have already read, read the reviews by other users.
The app is integrated to Twitter, whereby it enables you to share your favorite quotes via the micro-blogging platform. Goodreads is a similar app but it is more of a social network for book readers. MyBookDroid, in fact, enables you to import your existing books from your Goodreads account or even add a book to your Goodreads.com account.
By using MyBookDroid you can also fetch Goodreads reviews. The ‘Find Similar Books’ option in the app gives you an accurate list of titles all similar to the original.
If you’re an ardent fan of books, you can take your smartphone to your nearest bookshop, and then scan the books you’re interested in. By doing so you can add them to the list of books you want to read.
Although this isn’t an ebook reader, it can come in handy while using Amazon Kindle or the Barnes & Noble Nook. The only disappointing feature of this app is that the interface is a little basic compared to similar apps.
