You know those irritating times when we crave for something, and nothing else works but that? There are a lot of apps out there which help the user to find out good places to chow down and you get to even read reviews about certain restaurants on Facebook, Foursquare and Twitter.

Fondu is one. But there is a problem with this app and that isn’t the design or performance of it, but rather the users themselves. This app is facing scarcity of users and therefore scarcity of information on most restaurants in most places. But if you live in big cities likeLos Angeles,New YorkandChicago, this app would do just fine.

There are many other apps like this one, for example – Dabble, an app with which you can input your views and thoughts about a particular place and leave them there for others like you who also go to that place.  But the advantage of this application is that you need to limit to 175 characters.

Since Fondu is free and fun to use, it is sure to attract a few users. The more users there are to use it, the better it will be.

It won’t be long before tons of users like you and I use this amazing app and input a lot more information. But with newer and newer apps like this coming everyday, would it be good enough?
