Do Some Finger Twining with Finger Tied
Developer Streaming Color has a niche in the iOS puzzle world. Games that flow out of Streaming Color’s labs are not brainbusters, but they are simply elegant and put a fair amount of challenge to make us use our minds and hands. If you haven’t heard about this developer, you might need to check out their iOS games Monkeys in Space, LandFormer, and Baby’s Musical Hands to know what I mean.

So what we have here is their latest twister called ‘Finger Tied’ and it’s for the iPad. The gameplay of Finger Tied demands a lot of dragging with you fingers so it looks more suited for the iPad screen. Starting a level in the game begins with some tracks formed in square grids. And there will be a shape (one to four based on higher levels) placed in anywhere on the girds.
You need to do drag the shapes from the start point to the end tracing all grids in the tracks. Simple enough! Not really, until you progress to more difficulty levels you will need to use up to four of fingers to complete the challenges. There are three sets of difficulty challenges namely Beginner, Medium and Hard. Beginner set has 25 levels, Medium with 30 and the final Hard set with 35 levels.
You will start to feel your lissome fingers even at the end stages of Beginner set and it will getting more knotty on your further playthrough. You can go solo on Finger Tied or can bring up to three of our friends to do the trick. Another exciting thing in the box is the game’s level editor where you can create your own puzzles and start playing. Altogether Finger Tied has more than 100 levels to keep your fingers engaged. It has leaderboards to brag your scores with your friends.
If you think the game is cool then you should rush to the App Store as it is for a launch price of $0.99, pretty good for such a good game.
