Search app Around Me recently reached the six million user landmark in over 200 countries and is the most widely used app of its kind. The developers are now looking forward to expand their business over to other platforms.

AroundMe has announced that it will soon be releasing the Windows version of the app and will go on sale in the Windows Phone Marketplace.
People around the globe have been using the AroundMe app since 2008 and today, they have over 25 million searches completed every month.
The app now incorporates leading edge technologies like Augmented Reality and support for external GPS such as Navigon MobileNavigator, TomTom andMotionX-GPS Drive.
