iOS 5-Compatible Google Voice Back in App Store

As you know, the Google Voice application was pulled from Apple’s App Store last week because it did not work quite well with the new iOS 5 operating system. Now, the revamped app has made it back to the App Store, with an update.

Google pulled down the Google Voice version 1.3.0.1771 after several users reported it crashing immediately after opening it, when used with Apples latest platform the iOS 5. Of course, the new version comes with the problem of sign in crash fixed.

Google said in the official Google Voice Twitter account that the new version of the app improves calling through Google Voice when there is no data. That means the new version of the app now has the ability to use the numbers previously called with no data connection required.

Google’s voice calling and message solution offers free domestic calls, cheap rates for international calls, free messaging to U.S numbers and voicemail transcription.
