Have you been waiting for the Carbon for Android Twitter client? Then you must be pretty excited to know that developer Dots & Lines announced on Google+ that it is gearing up for a July 22 launch of the app.

No beta here, it will be a will be a full blown version 1 of the app that arrives at the Google Play Store. And here’s the best part. The app is going to be free. There could be a donation version as an in-app option.

Dots & Lines is based in the UAE and had expected Google to allow paid apps from that country by now. Apparently that has not happened, so users need not worry about ads interrupting your app experience.

The test version of the app has a great design and it should be said that this is a worthy app even with the odd bug and a number of features not yet active.

So, July 22 it is. Mark it on your calenders guys.
