Boxfish Launches iPad App to Help You Find What’s Trending on TV
Ever wanted to know what’s been spoken on TV networks? Or what’s trending? You can now get all these with an iPad app called Boxfish Boxfish Live Guide, which has gone live in the Apple Store. This app will help customers better surfing options when looking out for live content.

The app is an efficient TV guide that knows which content is trending and it notifies viewers when certain interesting topics come up. Boxfish lets viewers to categorize and list content as soon as they arrive. It is more like having a Tweetdeck or HootSuite equivalent for broadcast television, and it looks like Boxfish is going to revolutionize the way viewers interact with the television.
Boxfish has a wonderful combination of language detection and natural language processing that every word that is spoken on broadcast television is indexed.Google has tried to work this mechanism out earlier with Google TV, but the outcome was not impressive and it failed to impress the market. Boxfish developers now hope that they would be able to expand the app to other mobile platforms further than iPad.
