Amazon’s Flow Augmented Reality App Arrives at Google Play
Amazon’s Flow barcode scanning app has finally made it to Android devices. The new app brings barcode scanning, which is already on the iOS, plus some cool features which are equally useful.

Of course, Amazon’s default app can scan barcodes as well. But Flow app is a better friend. How? Amazon Flow app includes support for QR codes which are found in many print ads making it more practical. The current iOS version of Flow does not support QR codes, but it is expected to arrive soon.
And the best part is that Flow comes with a cool UI which provides users with augmented reality for some products. For instance, you can simply point your phone to a DVD cover and the app uses image recognition technique to show you the movie trailer instantly. You can similarly get more info on video games, books, toys and more.
The Amazon Flow app comes from Amazon subsidiary A9.com and is available for download at Google Play and Amazon Appstore for free. Why wait, go try it out now.
